Hello world !
For those of you who I didn't tell yet, I'm now in Taylor's College doing a Diploma in Culinary Arts. Most of you won't find this shocking or whatsoever since I always said that this is what I wanted to do.. but honestly, when I first started, I was pretty worried that I made the wrong choice. And I didn't expect to even start going to college in January so what was I thinking!
Long story short, the college counselor told me that it's better to start in January because when I graduate in December there will be way more job opportunities. So my parents and I were convinced it was the best thing to do. Even though that meant I was to start college in 2 days.
The thought of never having such relaxing holidays again made me feel quite depressed HAHA. (I don't count the time I was in Australia a "holiday" because you don't really laze around that much and I'm lazy like that :D)
So yeah, I'm gonna be a kitchen slave. Haahha.
Plus side, I have 2 uniforms which need to be worn 3 times a week. And I only have classes 4 times a week. Meaning I practically only need to think of what to wear twice a week. HOORAY!!!!
(no I didn't miscalculate there. One of the days that I need to wear the uniform, I'll need to wear the office clothes as well)
For those who don't know, Culinary/Hotel Management students need to wear formal attire, meaning office wear, to classes. So it's quite a pain to buy new clothes that I normally don't wear to go out shopping or whatever.
I might be weird, but I love the chef uniform!
Okay I gotta go now. Bye everyone!
